“Black Flower”

The one thing I am missing, whilst I am painting on the mini canvas panel, is texture.

I love my big linen panels I usually use. So when I found this piece of linen in my studio I decided to put it to use!

I love the unpredictability of the paint flow, how it seeps wherever it chooses to go. There is just something beautiful about using natural fibres.
