“Joanna King is a contemporary New Zealand artist whose work is full of colour, humour and heart.
Based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland her current practice brings together painting, collage and photography to create playful mixed media landscapes and still life.
Joanna’s paintings are created to lift a room, start conversations and connect with memories of a time and place.
A Mama to three daughters, she balances her life between family and painting with a little travel in between.
